چکیده

This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the agricultural sector’s resource allocation and production decisions. uses differential systems with quasi-fixity to evaluate complete system, which examines input output linkages in terms elasticities. The are estimated using maximum likelihood estimation technique based on two-step profit-maximizing procedure theory. results reveal that livestock requires more intermediate inputs, but crop depends all such as labor, capital, inputs. In addition, show demand is inelastic, indicating sector has little flexibility adjusting for inputs response changes prices. Substitutable relationships among exist, may reduce pressures costs when prices rise. Regarding quasi-fixed input, land expansion composition labor showing reduces intensive margin it pursues extensive margin. Furthermore, supply not very responsive respective price changes. Along inelastic supply, there exist substitutable between relative can alter supply. also reallocates areas into rather than production.

Testing the Role of Input-Output Linkages in Industry Agglomeration with the Spatial Econometric and Input-Output Model

This paper examines the relationship between input-output linkages and industry agglomeration by combining the strength of spatial econometrics and the input-output model. This paper uses the location quotient as a measure of industrial agglomeration and regresses it on the intermediate demand variable, which is an important variable in the integrated econometric and input-output models. The na...

Output-input stability of nonlinear systems and input/output operators

The notion of output-input stability, recently proposed in [2], represents a variant of the minimum-phase property for general smooth nonlinear control systems. In the spirit of the input-to-state stability (ISS) philosophy, the definition of output-input stability requires the state and the input of the system to be bounded by a suitable function of the output and derivatives of the output, mo...

Comparative analysis of environmental impacts of agricultural production systems, agricultural input efficiency, and food choice

Global agricultural feeds over 7 billion people, but is also a leading cause of environmental degradation. Understanding how alternative agricultural production systems, agricultural input efficiency, and food choice drive environmental degradation is necessary for reducing agriculture’s environmental impacts. A meta-analysis of life cycle assessments that includes 742 agricultural systems and ...

The coverability problem in input - output systems

The notion of a vector replacement system, developed in the computer science literature, is used to analyze the reachability problem in integer-valued input-output models. An integer-valued input-output system with initial resources is a 5tuple (n,^, A, B, p) , where n is the number of commodit ies, lz the number of product ion processes, A is the n x m input matrix, B is the nx ln output matri...
